About Caste Certificate

Caste certificate presents the proof of caste of a person. This document is required by us in any government or non-government work. This certificate is very useful for SC, ST and OBC.

Process for making caste certificate offline:-

Fill all the information in the caste certificate application form (Download Application-Form)

• I.    Get the application form verified by the Sarpanch or Municipal Councilor of your village.
• II.    Get it verified by the Patwari of your village.
• III.    Go to your village or nearby csc i.e. public service center
• IV.    All your documents will be uploaded
• V.    He will give you the receipt once the form is filled
• VI.    If your documents are found to be correct, the Tehsildar will issue an online certificate for you.
• VII.    You can collect your certificate after 10 days by visiting such center

How to apply online for Caste Certificate:-

• I.    To apply online, you have to first visit the official website of the department.
• II.    After accessing the website, if you already have an account here. So you can login to your account using your username and password.
• III.    If you do not already have an account. So you can create your new account by clicking on New User Register button.
• IV.    After clicking on the register button, the form will open in front of you on a new page.
• V.    The account has to be created by filling all the information given in the form like applicant's name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email ID etc.
• VI.    Here you will also have to verify your mobile number. After creating an account, you have to log in to your account.
• VII.    After logging into your account, you have to click on the fill application option.
• VIII.    Just like you would fill the application form. Select service drop down menu will open in front of you. In which you have to click on the caste certificate like the image shown below.
• IX.    After uploading the scanned copies of the documents, you have to submit your form by clicking on the Enter button.
• X.    As soon as you click on submit button. Your form will be filled. Now you have to pay the fee prescribed by the department.
• XI.    You can pay the fee using your ATM card or Net Banking.
• XII.    You can take the print out of caste certificate by login to your account.
