Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) for the appointment of teachers for class I to VIII. One of the important modules in CTET exam for primary stage is CTET Environmental Science. CTET is held twice a year in July and December month of every year.

About Environmental studies for CTET Exam

Environmental studies is a multidisciplinary science that includes various branches of study such as chemistry, physical science, life science, agriculture, health, sanitation engineering etc. Environmental Studies is one of the very important topics of UPTET and CTET Exam Paper 1. 

Environmental Science is a subject having 30 questions in UPTET, CTET and other state TET exams. Environmental Studies section divides its questions into 2 Types.

EVS Subject with 15 marks and EVS Pedagogy of 15 marks
