आइए पहले हम Utter प्रदेश शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के बारे में समझते हैं। यह उत्तर प्रदेश बेसिक एजुकेशन बोर्ड (UPBEB) द्वारा प्रत्येक वर्ष दिसंबर के महीने में आयोजित किया जाता है। UPTET में 2 पेपर होते हैं। पेपर -1 कक्षा 1 से 5 वीं कक्षा में पढ़ाने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों के लिए है, जबकि पेपर-2, 6 वीं से 8 वीं कक्षा को पढ़ाने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों के लिए है।

UPTET गणित सेक्शन से जुड़े तथ्य:

• गणित दोनों पेपरों का एक हिस्सा है। जबकि यह पेपर 1 में अनिवार्य है, यह पेपर 2 में वैकल्पिक है।
• पेपर पैटर्न के अनुसार, पेपर 1 में मैथ्स सेक्शन में 30 प्रश्न हैं, जबकि पेपर 2 में 60 प्रश्न हैं।
• प्रत्येक प्रश्न 1 अंक का होता है।
• चूंकि छात्रों को प्रत्येक पेपर के लिए 150 मिनट दिए जाते हैं, इसलिए प्रत्येक प्रश्न को बुद्धिमानी और तेजी से प्रयास करना महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि प्रत्येक प्रश्न के लिए उम्मीदवार को एक मिनट मिलेगा।

UPTET Maths section:

• Mathematics is a part of both papers. While it is compulsory in Paper I, it is optional in Paper II.
• According to the paper pattern, there are 30 questions in the Maths section in Paper I, whereas Paper 2 has 60 questions.
• Each question is of 1 Mark.
• Since students are given 150 minutes for each paper, so it is important to try every question wisely and swiftly because the candidate will get one minute for each question.

UP TET Important Topics and Syllabus-

• University Law, Average, Profit-Loss, Simple interest. Whole number up to one crore, Place Value, Comparison, Fundamental mathematical operations: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division; Indian Currency.
• Concept of fraction, proper fractions, comparison of paper fraction of same denominator, mixed fraction, comparison of proper fractions of unequal denominators, Addition and Substation of fractions. Prime and composite number, Prime factors, Lowest Common Multiple (LCM) and Highest Common Factor (HCF).
• Place and curved surfaces, plane and solid geometrical figures, prosperities of plane geometrical figures; pint, line, ray, line segment; Angle and their types. Length, Weight, Capacity, Time, measurement area and their standard units and relation between them; Area and perimeter of plane surfaces of square and rectangular objects.
• Nature of Mathematics/Logical thinking. Place of Mathematics in Curriculum. Language Mathematics. Community Mathematics.
• Evaluation through formal and informal methods. Problems of Teaching. Error analysis and related aspects of learning and teaching. Diagnostic and Remedial Teaching.
